Well aware of the need to ensure correctness and transparency in running its operations, Streparava has decided to adopt and implement the Organisation, Management and Control Model under Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 (Regulations governing the administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations with and without legal status) in order to prevent all those who work in the name and on behalf of Streparava from committing so-called “offenses”.

Streparava has implemented and published this model (Streparava Organisational Model under Legislative Decree no. 231 and Code of Conduct) as it is convinced that this is an effective means of making its employees aware of the importance of behaving correctly and openly when carrying out their tasks.

Composition and operation of the Supervisory Board

Disciplinary system and sanctions (in the event of failure to comply with the Model requirements).

The Streparava Code of Conduct contains fundamental rules and principles of ethics and behaviour governing the activities of all the employees and Streparava Group companies in pursuing their goals and interests.
